I will inspect my Introductory Kit to insure I have received all the items; 1 bottle of TatGoneInk, 1 bottle of Prep Solution, 3 containers of After Care Cream, 1 Instructional CD, product data sheets, 18 page User's Guide, techniques, healing instructions, result expectations and refund requirements.
3). I agree to follow the instructions and do a test spot before attempting any "projects".
4). I agree to take before and after pictures of my sample spot and all other areas of use in case I should decide to return the product within the 30 day time frame.
